exploring the best of barcelona from this central spot
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a clean room and a fantastic location just a few steps from attractions like the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art and a 10-minute walk to Las Ramblas, making it super easy to explore all the nearby sights on foot.

In fact this is not an Hotel but an Hostal(pension) and is weak. The concept behind this hostal was created to appear futuristic, adapt to our times but in fact lacks service and most of all hygiene.
Lack of hygiene, staff availability, food (there is practically no food besides some juices, milk and water).

The location was excellent and incredible, you can visit a contemporary art museum by walking. The area was tourist right by the city centre in Barcelona in June, and tapas bars. The rooms were double superior and fashionable and the bathroom was ample.

The girls from the reception are very kind and helpful. The location is great. The design is very cool and somehow compensates for other minor deficiencies of the room. The idea of the open kitchen, where you can go an pick yourself your breakfast, is wonderful. I'd sure recommend this hotel for a city trip.
Cleanliness is a bit poor, looking up to the ventilation on the toilet ceiling was a bit disgusting. The toilet is not a separate room (at least in my M-size room) and, although you cannot see the one inside, it can be quite embarrassing for other senses.

Clean and functional, centrally situated, staff very helpful.
Beds hard, ? safe deposit boxes, not sure if there were any.

Toilet proximity to the bed needs addressing!!! Noise from street-facing rooms is disruptive!!! The actual room size feels misleading from photos!!! Some bathrooms lack proper layout for comfort!!!

Everything was Easy: Checking in and out, Getting in and out of the apartment. Lots of freedom, very clean and neat.
Just 2 things to highlight. The shower has some plumbing problems and when showering, the water gets clogged and overflowed slightly. There was also a slight toilet smell when sleeping just next to it, closing the toilet door does help. But we still love the place, thanks!! :)

The location is perfect, right near Plaza Universitat, and the amenities are a treat! The communal kitchen area is stocked with drinks, fruit, and snacks 24/7. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and it was great to have breakfast options available any time. The showers were hot, and everything felt well taken care of.
Bathroom design needs improvement.

Excellent location, couple of minutes for La Rambla (city centre). The idea of 24 hour breakfast is great, the muffins are irresistible :D. We had a size M room which is a bit tiny, but for our perpeous it was appropriate, which was walking around the city 24 hours. Room was well equipped, liked the style and feature of it (listening to music..).

I stayed in the Double Room, and it was pretty small. The bathroom setup was a bit awkward since it wasn't completely separated. The room was clean, and the daily cleaning was nice. It's cozy for short stays, but I wouldn't want to be there too long. The breakfast options were basic, so I'd suggest trying nearby bakeries instead. It served its purpose, especially given the very central location.

It is little disappointing. It was my second time in this hotel after 3 years. Unfortunately, nothing moved forward but many things moved backward. Cleaning, maintenance, comfort level must be definitively improved. What I saw is that almost everything were the same as they were 3 years ago! Beds, bathroom stuff, painting of the walls etc. must be renewed....
